PRODUCTION PROCESS

① Design on the computer

Create the pattern using CorelDRAW or Illustrator. Ensure size and details match the product.
② Cutting with laser marker

Use a laser marker to cut the pattern precisely. Clean edges, high accuracy, no film damage.
③ Tear off the excess

Remove unwanted film parts, keeping only the pattern on the PET film.
④ Perm the pattern 150°~160°

Heat press the PET film onto the substrate at 150°C–160°C for a few seconds.
⑤ Tear offthe PET film after cooling

After cooling, peel off the PET film to reveal the pattern.
⑥ Product display

Check the result. If clear and firm, it’s ready for packaging or display.
