Halloween inspired laser cutting projects

With Halloween upon us, what better way to acknowledge the horror that comes with it than with something laser cut and engraved. We've done quite a few cruel things with our laser cutters and engravers...like when we laser engraved all kinds of candy bars, or when we laser carve pumpkins.

1. Laser Cut Paper Lanterns

These paper lanterns are perfect for adding a spooky touch to your home or office. You'll need some black paper, a few sheets of kraft paper and a battery powered tea candle, and a laser cut paper to make your own unique paper lantern. Of course, your paper lanterns can be customized to any design you like!

2. Elegant Laser Cut "Masquerade" Mask

These gorgeous masks can be made very cheaply and are guaranteed to be eye-catching whether your Halloween is a black tie or a friend's Halloween house party. This particular mask is made by laser cutting acrylic and using a heat gun to shape the flat mask to fit the face. We're not sure who would actually take the time to do this, but it's still pretty cool and proves you can use a laser cutter to build anything you want.

From cobwebs to intricate haunted houses, laser cutters are a great tool for creating such intricate artworks. And, you can mass produce them; they'll be perfect every time.
