Interferometer Detection
Using a laser instrument to detect the dynamic positioning error of the movement， ensuring that the positioning accuracy of each machine is controlled within ±0.003mm， and the repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.001mm， meeting the precise cutting requirements of the equipment.

Equipment Trial Operation
All machines must pass 36 dynamic performance indicators tests. Before leaving thefactory, it undergoes a 72-hour high-intensity continuous operation test. It is subjected to high-speed reciprocating motion to simulate the mechanical stability
under extreme working conditions. At the same time, it undergoes extreme thickness material cutting tests, fault simulation tests, etc. This ensures the reliability for customer use and a high-quality customer experience from the very beginning.
